By accessing Raverzone and utilizing our event submission services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Age Requirement: Use of our services is strictly limited to individuals aged 16 years or older. By using Raverzone, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Binding Agreement: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to these conditions or do not meet the age requirement, you must terminate your session and cease use of our services immediately.
2. SUBMISSION SERVICES (MERE CONDUIT)
Raverzone operates strictly as a technical intermediary (Mere Conduit) under relevant electronic commerce regulations (including Article 12 of Directive 2000/31/EC and similar international standards).
Automated Infrastructure: We provide the automated infrastructure required to transmit artist submissions directly to event hosts.
No Storage: Raverzone does not store, host, or archive submitted files, media, or personal data once the transmission to the host is successfully completed.
No Pre-screening: We do not monitor, review, or exercise editorial control over the content of any submission. The sender remains solely responsible for the transmitted content.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USER RESPONSIBILITY
By submitting content through Raverzone, you represent and warrant that:
You are the sole creator and legal owner of the submitted work, or you possess all valid licenses, rights, and consents required for distribution.
Your submission does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, or privacy rights of any third party.
Indemnification: You assume full legal and financial liability for any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your submission. Raverzone explicitly disclaims any liability for copyright infringements committed by its users.
4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Abuse of our infrastructure is strictly prohibited. Users shall not use Raverzone to:
Transmit malicious software, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
Engage in "spamming" or the unauthorized distribution of promotional material.
Impersonate other artists, entities, or event organizers.
Submit hate speech, defamatory content, or material that violates local or international laws.
ENFORCEMENT: Any violation of these terms will result in an immediate and permanent ban. Raverzone reserves the right to report illegal activities to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Raverzone provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Technical failures, data loss, or interruptions during the transmission process.
The subsequent handling, storage, or use of your data by event hosts once received.
Any loss of professional opportunity, reputation, or financial gain resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
6. NOTICE AND TAKEDOWN
If you believe your intellectual property has been transmitted through our service without authorization, please contact our legal department at legal@raverzone.com.
Note: Because Raverzone does not store data post-transmission, our assistance is limited to providing technical logs (where available) to facilitate direct resolution between the involved parties.
